The Tensho Ops disaster relief command and co-ordination division is designed to manage these situations for the best possible outcome. Such disasters can be of a natural origin such as floods, hurricanes, fires or they can originate from human interaction and errors.
The setting-up and managing of relief command and operational centers in order to not only coordinate operations but to also collect and distribute crucial data, has historically increased not only survival amongst affected victims but has also sped-up and ensured the full recovery of affected areas. Often during times of disaster, individuals in the proximity of affected areas are subject to security concerns originating not only in the location itself but also due to criminal and terrorist elements taking advantage of the situation.
